

MS NEO KHAUOE - PRINCIPAL OFFICER
Ms Khauoe worked as a professional nurse at the Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital prior to her joining the medical aid industry in 1995. Medscheme, Alexander Forbes Financial Services and Sizwe Medical Services are amongst companies she worked for in the industry, gaining experience from various segments of the business ranging from Customer service, Human Resource, clients’ services and Provider Relations Management.
She became scheme executive for Metropolitan Health in 2006 where she was responsible for the Polmed Business unit. She was later promoted to General Manager and Executive Head, the role she occupied for four years before taking up her current position as Principal Officer of Sizwe Medical Fund.
She holds a Diploma in Nursing, Diploma in Personnel Management, Bachelor of Technology: HR Management, Management Advancement Programme (MAP) from Wits Business School and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Milpark Business School. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Theology.

DR. KATLEGO MOTHUDI - EXECUTIVE HEAD: OPERATIONS & CLINICAL SERVICES
Dr. Mothudi worked as a Senior Medical Officer in a District Hospital and later as a Principal Medical Officer for a Provincial Hospital. He returned to the Public sector in 2005 to serve as a Hospital Clinical Manager after a six year stint of working in Private Practice.
During this time he also worked as a Sports Physician for numerous sports teams and organizations. He moved to the Managed Care environment in 2006 and initially worked as a Medical Advisor for the Metropolitan Health Group until the end of 2009, when he was appointed as a Clinical Executive. He then joined Medscheme in January of 2012 as a General Manager and in the same year served as the Managing Director for Aid for AIDS when it was established as a separate company within the AfroCentric Group.
He has served on several Boards including the Medical Committee of the South African Football Association (SAFA) as the deputy chairperson of the Doping sub-committee.

MS GAYNOR BRITTON - SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE
She has over fifteen years’ experience within the Healthcare industry expanding into Financial Services. The skills acquired include Employee Benefits Consulting, Corporate Services, Sales and the Management of Institutional Relations and Brand Management.
She is self-directed and has a track record of relationship initiatives within corporate account servicing. Prior to joining Sizwe Medical Fund Gaynor’s experience within Sales and Marketing have broadened her industry base to engage with Asset Managers, the JSE, Healthcare Intermediaries, Medical Schemes and Administrators with the objective of building sustainable relationships and develop plans that recognise opportunities for Institutional growth that would outperform prior profitability and revenues.
Gaynor holds a Four Year Qualification in General Nursing, Community Nursing, Psychiatry and Midwifery. Education, Training and Development Qualifications from University of Johannesburg as well as Marketing.


MR VUSI MBONANI - CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)
Mr Mbonani completed his Articles of Clerkship in 1988 with the then Riceman & Company. He has been in the Medical Aid Industry for twenty four years having joined Sizwe Medical Services (now Sechaba Medical Solutions ) in April 1990 as an Assistant Accountant and leaving in 2014 as an Executive Director (CFO). He was a Director at Sechaba Group Holdings P/L until 2014.
Mr Vusi Mbonani holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) degree from the University of The North (now Limpopo). He is a member of the South African Institute of Professional Accountants and the Institute of Directors of South Africa (IoDSA).
MS GUGULETHU TLALI - COMPLIANCE EXECUTIVE
Ms Tlali’s previous work experience includes working as a Director in the Legal and Governance Unit of the Department of Public Enterprises, Legal Advisor for the Medical Scheme for the Department of Correctional Services and Legal Advisor and Council Secretariat for the Council for Medical Schemes. Ms Tladi is a member of the CSSA and the IoDSA and is admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of South Africa. She holds a BPROC degree and an LLB degree from the University of KwaZulu Natal.
She is currently enrolled with the University of Pretoria, studying towards her Masters degree in Corporate Law.
